Here is Wu's original resume located in the intial filings here http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1504876/000121390010004535/f1012g_chinagateacq1.htm

Notice in this one he tells us of his connection to VSPC yet in the new one he omits it as part of his resume...... Hmmm I wonder why?????????

Also notice Wang went from a CEO and Technology Advisor of China Gate Technology Co., a technical consulting company
Item 5. Directors and Executive Officers.

To a CEO and Executive Technology Advisor of China Gate Technology Co., a green energy technical consulting company. Mr. Wang’s responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new green energy technologies, and introducing the technologies to its clients.

So I guess his their services are not longer needed at VSPC as that company is already a success...LOL... or will VSPC fail and the will take the grass Tradmark a new name and start all over again???? is that why the pulled out reference to VSPC from their resume?

Really... It looks like the want you to think there experience is in the green energy sector for the purpose of these new companys yet the one and only "GREEN COMPANY" they have worked for they have made actual efforts to remove their history with this company from their filings, that resume should have been a copy and paste on the new filing, but someone made a effort to delete the Viaspace reference.

Why would they pull reference. Wasn't Dr. K or J asked about Wu statement as it sound past tense as if he no longer worked for VSPC....... Hmmm did Dr.K make a phone call????
