Zeev, What do you think about FBR here? They had the SEC & NASD all over them over a PIPE scandal resulting in one of the founders resigning. The stock price made a new low yesterday. The attraction here is an almost 10.5% dividend yield and the fact that they settled with the SEC & NASD.. Would appreciate your opinion.
