Ummm..what did you say or imply "Pammy" was charged with? Funny how time can distort facts..and TM did try to make a backroom deal with Pino...his associate at the time..that's a fact.

Both Pino and Thompson were charged by the SEC for failing to register the BCIT securities they created.

Megas created nearly 800 million BCIT securities - and failed to register them.

Very simple logic here...
