Good point, Snow. Of course the main issue is management's actions and what it says about them and their pseudo concern for shareholders. I find it virtually inconceivable that they don't know the difference in value between getting a bank loan versus issuing shares. Yet I also find it rather inconceivable that people still walk out of stores and throw their trash on the street. Is it possible that issuing shares is such a habitual practice within the Chinese small cap businesses community that such things are done rather unthinkingly like buying a cup of coffee and throwing the cup on the street when one is finished with it? Does the idea of carrying a debt have such a stigma against it that it's looked upon as an utterly last resort type of option? And does the notion of exchanging a worthless piece of paper aka company stock and getting in return $1.5M worth of real money seem so outrageously advantageous as to blind management to the disadvantages that ensue from it? Whatever the answer(s) might be, they've screwed themselves and us with their actions. All I can say is they'd better have a good year and not keep diluting so the share price never goes up.
