Kimble1, I would love to help you understand what an NDA is about and how it works but before I spend too much time on that I would first like to understand what part of "NDA thing is a joke" do you need help with. is it the mechanics or reason an NDA might be used that you are referring to that is a joke to you or is it the "thing" the NDA may have been used to protect? If in fact you don't understand what an NDA does, i can certainly help the board understand as I have in fact signed one or two in my day as an employee of a large aerospace firm. I could explain it for all and hey why not make it a "sticky" so all new members of this board cold see it and we don't have to put more marks on the horse.
