Is that really true, that they can just decide not to work with the US government?

Couldn't that mean that the Government would take back over its own monetary system. And not have to pay the private banks to print money... Wouldn't we be better off?

So, the plan is to bankrupt the USA completely so we would have to borrow from the new offshore IMF consortium?

Strangely enough, that looks like what the IMF is trying to do right now with the help of their paid off congressional plants and puppets helping all along the way....sheesh.
