Deception in that the ORIGINAL INVESTORS.. Like Myself, and 4 or 5 co-workers (who I know personally), plus some other investors invested in this company prior to Bonanza Gold, Before there was a product, before anything (besides ownership of the license to Left Behind Brand). Stock Offering at $1.50 per share, restricted for 2 years. Only a few million Authorized Shares. During that time, Bonanza Gold came out, some exotic reverse merger deal to create LFBG. Stock prices goes to $7-$9 a share, meanwhile, all of the original investors (myself and co-workers) shares are tied up and cannot be sold. Some insiders profited HUGELY there. Not sure whom, but would love to know. By the time my shares were available to trade, the stock had slid to $0.30 or so a share. Then the story of DILUTION started. You know the rest. From a few million shares to BILLIONS.. And all along the way, Troy encouraged every one of us to continue to pour money into this company by "Averaging Down Our Investment". F - U TROY
