So far as I can determine, any previous Stock Dividends that you
may Hold ARE INCLUDED IN the "Total" number (or quantity)
of ENTI Shares that you hold.

That is...For example, say you now HOLD 1,000,000 Active (i.e., Tradeable) ENTI Shares,
PLUS your 1% 1st-Quarterly Share-Dividend of 10,000 (ten-thousand) Shares.
1,000,000 X 1% = 1,010,000.

Now, those 10,000 DIVIDEND Shares ARE NOT Tradeable until
One-Year has elapsed, because they are Restricted, in compliance
with "SEC Rule 144."

HOWEVER, your NEXT ENTI Share-Dividend of 1% (i.e., the
Share-Dividend for the 2nd Quarter 2011) THEN would be calculated
upon 1,000,000 actively-Held Shares of ENTI, PLUS the 10,000
Restricted Shares representing the 1st-Quarterly Share-Dividend.

THEREFORE...
The 2nd Quarterly-Dividend of 1% would be:
1,010,000 X 1% = 10,100 (ten-thousand, one-hundred) Shares.

Blessings and Bounty be yours, and all the Best to You and ENTI/MMx!$ smile
