ELI-R: You know how lawyers can be very specific in their wording. Just because as of 4/28 there were no current or scheduled negotiations, doesn't mean they can't pick up the phone today or tomorrow and say let's sit down and talk.


Ilkka signed that declaration on Thursday--he says there are no negotiations current or scheduled. As a result, did we say to the arb panel, give us the ruling (I'm thinking they have been waiting to give both sides a chance to work a settlement) and so we get the ruling TOMORROW.
