What would the initial investors seek in damages if they sued? This was an investment, they filled out the appropriate paperwork saying they were accredited investors. Any investment is a risk, I just don't see how you could even begin to build a case against LFBG.
I knew going into it that it was a risky proposition. But at the time of my initial investment, I was making boat loads of money, so it didn't really matter.
I'm more Upset about the way the stock and the management has handled the growth of the company, and the CONSTANT DILUTION OF THE STOCK. Troy is going to HELL.
