Sorry .. no .. """it has been clear on how many shares outstanding it has issued""". It only reported that, but I have yet to see it verified in a filing. This is one of the most pervasive games of smoke and mirrors that I have ever followed. As far as all your learned friends writing all these learned things, I can only say that they don't know any more facts in this deal than you or I do. One fact for sure .. it's all a bag of s*i*. But I'm certainly enjoying it.
