Can anybody please explain to me why this stock should be priced any differently to what it is now. It may sound great to say I think it should be 10 cents but based on announced earnings there is no way. Also if the first quarter removes balance sheet debt there probably won't be much of a net profit shown and what can we expect to make any money in the second quarter. Price should reflect current value and future earnings expectations. At this moment there aren't any. The movies everyone is hyping are to any intelligent investor not worth anything until this company proves that it can actually distribute a movie profitably. They failed miserably last year. Just because TDGI invests in a movie it doesn't make it a hit let alone profitable. Anyone who has followed this company for a year or more will realize that this company track record is appalling. Now the hypers are suggesting that Szwak is good for the company. Excuse me, didn't blockbuster just go bankrupt. Maybe something will happen with this international company whoever it is but yet again vague pr's promising the earth have come to nothing. The amateur behaviour of our officers, in firstly announcing anything till the deal has been finalized and then mentioning a name in minutes that did not need to be published makes me question the capabilities of these guys. Also this whole audit thing is a complete farce whatever anyone on this board says it is absolute nonsense. Again totally amateurish. Don't make promises you can't keep. It only works when you have a whole bunch of believers who are easily hoodwinked. I suggest buy when any of these promises come to fruition. You may lose the initial move but otherwise this thing will go nowhere unless you play the pops. The sooner you are playing with house money the better. JMHO
