To All: Just made a short exam of the declarations and exhibits used by NOK. The essence of several is that it takes one to two years to bring products to market and that they already have agreements and development in place for products to be released in 2006 or 2007.

They also have attached the final report of the special master in the ERICY case. one of our 10 Ks and an IDCC press release, our lawsuit for declaratory judgment against Federal Insurance Co., ERICY's response to NOK Motion to Intervene and others.

These were no doubt all attached to their response to convince the judge that they have a reasonable fear of a lawsuit since they are currently involved in developing products for sale in 3G standards.

If the judge is impressed with these documents and brief, he will deny our motion.
