Whats up with your back do you have arthritis in it if so go get yourself some Glucosamine ,Chondroitin, and msm take this for about 2 months and you should see the pain go away ..you can go on www.swansonvitamins.com and order it on line...been taking it for 10 years now and no more pain in lower back was told back then that I had arthritis in my lower spine .....give it a shot couldent hurt
