Since we know Dezer is connected to EVCA in some way, shape or form, I figured I would offer a little positive info on him.

One fact I recently uncovered is that the "private showing EVCA participated in," started on Friday April 1st, which happened to be Dezer's 70th birthday, so that may account for WHY he made it a "private" party instead of having it open to the public

Also, did you know he owns "2 million square feet of office space in Manhattan"? Makes me wonder how much that "investment" is worth.

Or, did you know his new Museum, where he will be displaying/selling EV cars sets on 11 acres of land in North Miami AND that he paid $6.5 million in CASH for the property and that does not take into account the building being renovated at a cost of another $5 million.
