I'm of the opinion that Dish Network ends up the winner, and will merge the two companies to offer satellite TV packages along with the option of a netflix style VOD and unlimited store movie rentals. As a Dish Network subscriber, I'd be tempted to add on a Netflix style VOD package for a few more dollars a month. As I'm sure some would be interested in the unlimited store movie rental package that BB used to offer. I'm sure Dish would probably use the brick and mortar stores to not only rent movies but also sell/promote their satellite service, as well as base their installation/service technicians for those areas.
