Does it really matter. If we replace one greedy director with another.

What I would like to see is a director appointed as COB that has an excellent working knowledge of the business, excellent contacts in the business, and be prepared to pony up hard cash at market prices for shares. Furthermore, no options should be granted unless they are tied into increased shareholder value.
