TQNT - TI to Buyout NSM

Finally maybe I catch a break on one of my long term holds. Texas Instruments buys out National Semiconductor at 78% premium. I need a break. Seems like all of my long term holds are turning into dogs recently. TQNT up .39 AH. Hopefully this will bold well for ACLS too.
