It's called DILUTION... and the un-ending issuing of worthless paper stock certificates. It's complete BS how many shares are available. It will never ever get to a penny. Whoever suggested a MASSIVE reverse stock split is right.. that's the only way to bring the value back up. Troy should have just stuck with the original plan and reversed the shares back in November.
