Yes his entire board of directors are also responsible. Unfortunately, the directors are not independent directors except possibly in name only. They have worked for him before and are old close friends and they have voted themselves extra shares right along with Troy. The two other directors besides Troy, I believe, are only Knox Sr and his son.

Off to lunch then the eye doctor. Just got a call telling me my new tri-focal glasses are ready. Never had these before. Friends tell me they are going to play hell with me when I try to play golf.
