Dilution is Dilution no matter where it originates from. Mast and Moore are both scumbags who have no business to speak of other than selling shares.

Sloppy filings, duplicate filings, non-transparency and previous SEC sanctions against Mast & Traveller are BIG RED FLAGS.

Buyer beware.
