I have serious reservations about this one, undoubtedly the company has no money so how exactly are they going to fund their acquisitions?? By diluting the heck out of this thing once the RM is complete I'd imagine. Perhaps they can paint some rocks grey and have Buzz Aldrin sell them as authentic moon rocks or something....lol.

I'm just not seeing what make this any different then Solar Park Initiatives or Solar Energy Initiatives both which have not been kind to shareholders..??

If you ask me this PR makes it sound like they want to be the next PSPW with their big renewable energy merger and eventual up-listing to the big boards, but Principal Solar is no Seawind. There's a whole lot of difference between talking about having 1GW of renewable energy and actually getting out there and doing it.
