christ23-

Personally, I like the "fundamental story". A few months ago I did quite a bit of DD, and found that +/- 50% of the float is held by a group of "institutions" located in Mexico, and I think, Costa Rica.
It looked like the shares came from a private placement over 2 years ago-I do not remember at what pps.

I understand that the CEO is a pretty bright guy, as far as their products are concerned. I don't know about his "business savvy", though. The company website certainly will not induce anyone to buy- the Tab for Investor Relations goes to an empty page. Also, I believe that their connection to COOR's ceramics could be very beneficial when they start to manufacture-the question I have is
concerning where and at what cost will they manufacture. I've heard everything from they want to build a new plant (Bad Idea) so many empty plants around, rent or buy one cheap- or-I hate to say it-
outsource the manufacturing and get it done for even less. I'd like to see these made in USA, but I think it could raise the cost to a level where the time and # of units sold would take too long to produce the break even/profit level. Then again, at these prices, just hiring a reputable IR/PR firm, re-doing their website
and maybe a :Letter to Shareholder" PR explaining their 3,6 month and 1 yr plan could EASILY double-triple the current price. However, I'd be concerned about the insiders who own 1/2 the shares off-shore. They should also get the financials updated and become a reporting co. At this point, too little transparency, and clear plans for their future has kept me out-although I do still watch it.
