Funny you say that. I think that is the reason Kelly Jones resigned in the first place cause Bob went behind his back to agree to sell as I recall. I also remember the deal wasn't so good for shareholders either when it became known. I am guessing with the reduction of officers and votes needed that that's exactly what might be coming. Looks like they want all the power to approve whatever deal may be coming. From past history with these bozo's I am guessing this deal will not be in our best interests. Just a guess
