I am feeling the frustration as well. However, she just submitted the Opinion Letter to the DTCC on the 16th. I will see if we can get a copy of the opinion letter.

Strategic Mpp
We are currently waiting to hear back from the DTCC to find out if an opinion letter is sufficient to lift the chill or if it's more complicated. We are also exploring other options should the issue with the DTCC be beyond our control to remedy.
