Sorry we weren't able to connect by phone this weekend. Since are schedules seem to conflict at present, I decided to go with your suggestion of emailing. At present, the following questions are what I am seeking answers to in the immediate future, I have several other questions that I need to sort through so as to present in a undersatndable fashion and will email those after responses to these:
1) In prusing all the documentation available, I have come across what appears to be "Directors" to the company, all related to Mr. Thompson. Can you please confirm that there is or is not a BOD in operation, and if so, who the members are?
2) A minor tangent off the above, there have been PRs related to a "Business Advisory Board". In researching this a bit further, I have not been able to confirm/deny the individuals stated as joining this "Board". Is there a way for some outside collaboration on this? Additionally, what is the role of such a "Board", when are they meeting, what is their compensation arrangements and how is the "Board" structured and defined purpose? Why has the webpage not been updated with these individuals yet?
3) I am a bit confused as to your role, relationship and involvement with KBLB. Could you provide me with some background as to how you were enlisted, compensation and any restrictions provided, length of contract, contract description as to roles, responsibility, time involvement, expenses paid or incurred by company or you, etc. etc.
4) In respect to the patent(s) held, applied for or in the works, please clarify what the "Company" will or does hold exclusively and who (whom) the other patent holders are and the arrangement and duration of any agreements between these parties.
5) Based on the funding sections of the financials, I see that warrants have/could be issued for drawing on line of credit. Are these warrants unrestricted and are they provided each time $$$ have been drawn from the LOC vehicle?
6) As discussed on the phone, the current dilution and deterioration of the pps over the last several weeks concerns myself and 4 other investors holding a substancial number of shares. We are aware of the CEO's stated business plan and goals and appear to be approaching some of the target dates shortly. Are we going to have an update from the CEO on the status of his Business Plan in the near future? Please put in this request with Mr. Thompson. Again as discussed on the phone, no one is looking for definites, although those would be appreciated, however we are entitled as shareholders to SOME communication regarding status/updates.
7) Based on filings, there are 10bil AS, does the company offer any private share offerings, restricted stock, or preferred shares? If so, what are the program conditions for qualification?
