I think for the company to have an legitimatecy/chance at all, at this point it is imperative they provide the long overdue financials as promised.

IMHO it is then and only then that investors and potential new shareholders can look at this stock as anything more than a scam running out of Quebec.

IMHO,until this occurs, each and every press release issued does nothing more than demonstrate how little respect Garth & company has for you; - and low Garth will stoop to take your hard earned cash.(I wonder how many 'sheep to the slaughter' jokes he knows, and if joke telling keeps he and his partners LTAO every weekend?)

Q.-1 Can you name one business in which ICBS has become involved that has borne any fruit at all? (maybe their news releases should promise investors that they will have nothing to do with the running of the company - LOL)

q.-2 Can you cite one promise or representation made by Garth where he has followed through and delivered as he indicated he would? Just 1?
