**About this resource - The goal, posting information, our mailing list, our sister board and a word of caution.

THE GOAL

I want to remind new eyes of the goal of this board. We hope it will serve as another tool for DD'ers in doing their research. Our plan is to report any, and all SOS Changes we can find, report back to the board, whether good or bad. Then hopefully people can incorporate that into their DD. Most of the changes may mean nothing, but once in a while an SOS Change can be an important leading indicator for potential changes in a company and a run in the PPS. The goal is to be simply be a resource for investors. If you are looking to catch up on the latest in SOS Changes you can go to our Ibox where wakingbake does an excellent job of keeping up-to-date in posting these.

Do not play SOS Changes without doing further DD, just because there is an SOS Change does not necessarily make it a good thing, some of the stocks with SOS Changes may go up, some may go down and some may do nothing based on SOS Change alone. If you see a mistake, please correct it as we are only human, mistakes do happen. Ultimately, it is up to further DD to determine how an SOS Change fits into the picture. There are number of smart DD'ers on the board who do a great job evaluating and analyzing the information from their experience, make sure to know who they are.

POSTING INFORMATION

I think many of us believe in the importance of keeping the board timely, filled with discussion surrounding recent SOS Changes, without a ton of clutter. To further that aim here are a couple things posters of SOS Changes should keep in mind.

What Should be Posted?

- Discussion regarding recent SOS Changes is very much encouraged.

- Recent SOS Changes. If you post a change that is older than a month, your post will most likely be deleted by a moderator. You can imagine the hundreds of older SOS Changes which could be posted if we didn't follow this guideline.

- Non-duplicate posts. If an SOS Change has already been posted please do not re-post it. Discussion surrounding it is important, but we don't want to clutter the board with multiple SOS Change postings on the same stock.

- Any and everything else related to SOS Changes or information on SOS Changes. Posts not related to SOS Changes and/or off topic will most likely be deleted.

- If you have questions on SOS specific issues, filings, what different things mean please go to our sister board here :http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=19900

So that's the general idea, not trying to be too hard about it, but we need to maintain the quality and top notch analysis on the board in a way that hopefully helps investors.

How Should you Post?

Ideal Posting Format for SOS Changes:

DATE - TICKER SYMBOL (with [t] tags - allows for board search) - COMPANY NAME - SOS CHANGE & ADD'L INFO (italicized)

LINK TO SOS CHANGE

CHART (if available)

Here is a recent example:

3/14/11 - SKNY - Skinny Nutritional Corp. - Amendment - A/S from 500,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 - OTCQB

MAILING LIST

Click here to sign up for mailing list: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/chairmail_sub.asp?board_id=18534

If we reach 100 people on the mailing list I will start to put out a newsletter incorporating thoughts of the board, statistics, and other more in-depth information on these changes in an attempt to find that hidden long-term gem.

SISTER BOARD

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=19900

This is the place to go for more specific SOS state information, links to state SOS boards and questions regarding filings and the processes for each state. Creede has been putting together a nice place to compile all that information. There will also be occasional research published there regarding the SOS as a whole, as time permits. Ideally, whereas this board's main focus is companies with SOS changes, our sister board will be a place where people can go for specific state SOS information and more specific questions on how different SOS's operate. This will allow each board to stay less cluttered and focused on the mission at hand.

WORD OF CAUTION

As more people watch the board, there will inevitably be people who will try and misuse this information for personal gain, be aware of that. People are always scheming to try and make that next buck. I would expect as it is only natural that some of these people would try to use SOS information for this purpose as well. So, that said, blatantly promotional posts on board are not allowed, our goal is to be a board filled with information that investors can digest. If this board can do it's small part to increase people's knowledge of what is going on behind the scenes, rather than relying on PRs or other trader's opinions, then hopefully OTC land will be a better place.
