If we discount the writeoffs (good idea to do since they will never get the cash) then we would have had earnings totalling $64319. According to the loss of .0007 per share at the amount of $72582 then they are using an OS number of 103688571. This number reflects previous PR's and TA statements so we can go with that. So from here, we can calculate that EPS last year would have been .0006 per share. If we use a price target of 30x earnings (a high p/e ratio) then the shares would be targeted to value at .0186.
If we use just the value of the net assets listed with the same share price then we would have a share value of .0065 assuming we were going to just part out the company which, of course, is not going to happen but that would be the share value of a liquidation.
Now I realize not all rules apply in the pink world but have I missed something that would lead me to believe that this is worth more than what we have been seeing in the last few weeks?
I am not trying to bash here as I have been a long time holder and wish this to do well, but I would like to know where some of the estimates of .05 to .10 have been coming from and how those numbers can be justified. If I have gotten something wrong, please let me know.
