What we have is so VITALLY important to the world ! I can't imagine any one or any entity holding this up. It's got to be that the ship just isn't up to par. I can't see money, favoratism, politics, anything-----standing in its way ! We could use a damn note from the teacher about now----giving us children an explanation of sorts.
