Trying to convince the DTC that the entire SEC case is settled (when it's not)



I'm assuming you have more to go by than the 2008 SEC complaint against the previous company as that does not show judgment. If you have something valid that would be great to share. If you don't, I think it's a drastic disservice to investors to purport something as fact when only based on conjecture.
