From what I'm reading Intepid will be stepping out and Aura will be looking to gain 70% interest with Pan American Silver being 30%. This will be a big year for Aura IMO. I like the sounds of phase III drilling! smile

*Intrepid has opted not to contribute further funding during 2010 and as a result, Aura’s potential earn-in to the project could increase to more than 70%.

Joint venture partner Intrepid Mines Ltd. (TSX:IAU - News; "Intrepid") has decided to allow the dilution of their potential joint venture interest in the project from 35%. Pan American Silver Corp. is expected to retain a 30% interest in the project once the joint venture earn-in is complete which could be as early as this year. It is expected that under the existing terms of the option agreement Aura Silver will become operator of the project
