because the company is now dormant ..

AKA .. insiders have abandoned the company ..

NICE MOVE BY LUMB AND RON

if FFGO get suspended to the grays

the divvy weasel clauses kick in .. and the divvys are out the door
not to mention the SEC revoking the registration for failure to file required SEC reports 10k/Q now 6 years past due right after the 10 day suspension ...

I wonder if it will hit all the same time

both HGLC and FFGO being taken down by the SEC
...... for SEC violations
