...did that building belong to SNEY...or was it a "shared" receptionist answering calls for multiple companies (Yes, it is a shared receptionist but I believe I spoke to a female in their office, in SNEY's actual office if Im not mistaken. At the time I was asking her questions and she answered some of them. Now, when I went in I spoke to the shared receptionist for the whole building. If I recall correctly they were in the conference room in a meeting so I could not speak to anyone)

(Yes, it is a very nice building and very professional. I used to do business with a friend of mine out of that exact building so that is why I knew exactly where it was. Personally, I love the layout of the building and the offices. This place has coffee, creamer, and sugar laid out at all times. Has a one of those waterfall walls where the water is pouring down the big glass wall. Very cool. Its in the 85260 zip code again I am just up the street and that is North Scottsdale, AZ)
...why is she on the 1st floor and they are on 2nd? (It is how this corporate building is laid out with paid ammenities. This is a great corporate buiding for companies that dont need an office building or an enormous amount of space or a need for 35 employees. It is a professional corporate building. When you lease there you automatically get a receptionist who does the building. They have direct numbers as well. The office can also have their additional receptionist/secretary. I did ask the receptionist if she sees them often or if this was just an address and she told me that she does see them coming and going. Honestly, when you pull up to the building their are brand new mercedes, bmw's 540's, land range rovers, and porche's that are they just off the top of my head. It is a ritzy office building. Knowing that they are there doesn't bother me one bit)
As I said above I have been to this building a couple of dozen times or more. They are very nice. You can look up their address and pull the building from the internet and you will see it is very nice.
We all have to remember as well that if they were running a scam then I highly doubt they would have filed Baum's shares traded with the sec and I doubt they would have filed anything for that matter. I don't believe that Alan Trees would be going to SL or be on the board. I do however believe that they would have pumped this stock so far up our wazooz at this point that we would all be millionaire with the number of shares that many of us own. I have a hard time believing that they would let it sit where it is for so long without pr's to pump it up in order to liquidate their own shares for profit. I believe that this is real and it is only a matter of time before something happens. Hopefully, soon cuz I would like to reap the benefits of sitting in a penny stock for months. I hope this helps.
