yeah, there has been some chatter about this going to NYSE, not a bad thing, but there are some things to consider. A major one is that you might have 10,000,000+ shares while it's a pink, but there is a good change that those will be reduced by a determined ratio. An example that has occurred is 100:1. So you think about this... you have 10,000,000 valued at say, 1.10 while it's a pink, then all of a sudden you only have 100,000 (after the move to another exchange) valued at 6.00 each. You just lost 500,000.
