I just got back from the Doc's office and they will be cutting on ole loop again.

All that aside, remember when I warned you about the organized campaigners. Well, they are alive and well with cut and paste as evidenced this afternoon.

They simply do not have a clue about the necessity of holding the key personnel during survival time. They spout about ethics and ignore continuity. If anything, the numbers show that IDCC has used the money received for 2g very wisely while they have tackled the town toughies around the world. The settlement with NEC was probably the cornerstone brick in the rebuilding program. NEC is a highly respected OEM and inventor in the wireless industry. Holding the talent in place during the 10 year war with Ericy has been very valuable to our investments.

Numbers sense can never replace business sense, but we are going to see a lot of it as the ASM nears. These guys refuse to recognize just how tough it has been fighting the industry giants over the past 12 years. Spouting phrases as monday morning quarterbacks from the halls of academia is easy and obviously delightful for some. Having been a trench fighter all of my life, I just have to laugh at lack of business experience these guys demonstrate with their well thought out and programmed posts.

The beautiful thing is that each poster is entitled to his/her opinion and their is certainly food for thought being posted by both sides. It will still boil down to the institutional vote.

I find it interesting that some institutions sold in the first Q. IMO, it was a direct result of the Nok Delaware filing and had nothing to do with the running of the company.

I had really wanted to attend the ASM this year, but my news today has put a grounding on me. I am relatively confident that I will do fine with this surgery. I just hate another dose of anathesia and a stay in the hospital.

GO BOSOX and keep your eye on Tracey McGrady during the playoffs. This guy is the real deal and my old stat buddies with the Rockets say they have never met a finer or nicer star.
