There is really no way Subway would ever break from DTSL. Subway gets business from DTSL they normally wouldn't AND they don't pay a single cent for it. DTSL gets a percentage (I think it's 10%+) from every order. So if they bring business to Subway both companies win. If they don't bring business then Subway doesn't lose anything. It's actually quite a good deal for the big businesses.
