Is this legal that the company is transfered from OBB market to Pinksheets without any notice?

They completly busted me because i cant sell pinksheets and this move really surprised me.

Hope that this is more a temporary thing and after the merger it will start trade on obb again, but at that point nothing more will surprise me.

I saw the after market trade of 1.3M at 0.0036 $. It will be fair to get some pr from the company regarding the future of the company.
