In regards to the 500,000,000 shares that will come available. Would there be any other reason why they would go from 80,000,000 to 500,000,000 in shares? It seems like a HUGE jump... Is it at all possible that they would need more shares due to upcoming possible interest in investing in the company? Or possible sales announcement? Or, is it just the last desperate way to keep the business open? Has anyone seen other companies do this and there be a positive announcement after?

I'm looking for real responses....not just, they suck and are looking to take more money from investors....
