This company is the bastard child of Anviron Holding (ANVH) who also never filed any legal documents, and defrauded ALL their investors, including stealing dividends from them.
In their filings the state none of them have been filed with any legal agencies.
So why believe any share structure statistics ?
Just another pump and dump to assuage the bigger investors that had stock in ANVH that got real angry with Bruce Fischer and his cronies.
BTW, what's the name of their independent CPA that does their financial reports ?
