Note 2 - Uncertainty, going concern:
At December 31, 2010 the Company was engaged in business and had suffered losses from its
trading. Current and term liabilities exceeded current assets, and there are minimal operating funds.
Although management is currently seeking additional sources of equity or debt financing, there is no
assurance these activities will be successful. Accordingly, we must rely on the officers to continue to
perform their essential functions.
These factors raise doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. The
financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this
uncertainty
