Kezzek - you are right on with your conceptualization. However, I think it will be slightly worse than you state. SHORT THIS THING ASAP if you can.

I don't know why Sillerman is even paying $3.6M for this shell. That is about 5 to 10 times market.

My Opinion.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
