They're not selling supercomputers. It's a brown bag of recycled paper/loose insulation.

MOP is a product supplier. Negotiations consists of price points based on volume and availability. It's really not that difficult. It doesn't take months. What takes months is their inability to close deals. Suppliers supply product based on need. Those waiting on multi million dollar "contracts" are going to be in for a major let down. Ecuador consisted of a shipping container full, after a year.
