Contacted the SEC, Finra the dtcc and etrade, Etrade is so short they dont want to do anything with your shares

Is this the reason why some brokerages are still trading RCCH and some are not? Strange how you can still buy RCCH at some brokerages and at others you cannot? This does not look like a global lock down to me, rather a short lock down of those who have shorted this to the point where it is ready to pop? Transferring shares another broker that will trade as normal is quick and easy.
