Yes, they do care about stinky pinkies very much when it comes down to possible fraud.

HFBG is not exempt from the laws of the SEC just because they are not reporting anymore. They break a law, they are able to be prosecuted for it.

The SEC has shut down non reporting pinks before and they will do it again.
