The mm's control the spread. Placing an order at .0002 versus .0001 will not stimulate a run. Anyone buying wants the best possible price and should never pay up in hopes of getting something started. If there's enough interest at 1, mm's will sell at 2 so they can buy back at 1 not us. The fact is, the volume sucks right now and there's not much interest. The price will sit until motivated buyers come in. That will automatically increase the price to acquire the stock.
