These letters for land went out in November and December of 2010. Notice they want to start in 2012? Should be hearing a lot more from Romarco Minerals Inc. this year. I am also pretty sure the state of South Carolina looks forward to these guys opening up shop since the job rate in S.C. is on of the worst in the country.
