You know perfectly well it may, and I state MAY, be late, not because the CEO did anything wrong, but becaue the CPA he was using had his license to be one revoked, and the company had to hire a new one.

Stuff happens.

Saying the company is giving you or anyone else more time to buy more shares, well, I have no words for that, as the company makes nothing from shares currently sold on the open market.

But good luck to you.

My certs just cleared today, so I finally am ready for something to happen, and I sure hope it does.
