I'd just look at the last quarterly earnings release available in the filings on otc.com. Look at the last exhibit, at the increase in shares during the year and RS at the end of the year. Then look at the revenues for the last Q. That should give some of the criticle information... Plus, don't overlook the debt. That might give you a short term outlook. Long term, there are some big ifs...
