90% reduction of the float during the first 6 months of 2011 is what the Company stated.



Just because the company (Pagnano) has stated this does NOT mean it will happen.

Can't change the FACTS!



This company has PR'ed many things in the past they were going to do which could be construed as facts (including share buybacks/float reduction) but were nothing more than just fluff.

You can't change THOSE FACTS!
